"UNFORTUNATELY THESE FLORIDA HOMES DO NOT HAVE BASEMENTS.   THE WALL ON MY FRONT PORCH HAD TO BE CHANNELED OUT TO REMOVE AND INSTALL THAT SECTION OF PIPE .ALSO, THE GARAGE FLOOR HAD TO BE CUT OUT IN A TRENCH LIKE FASHION UNTIL THEY REACHED AN ABANDONED TOILET PIPE UNDER THE WASHING MACHINE.  THEN ALL NEW AND LARGER PIPES WERE INSTALLED AND PROPERLY GRADED IN A DOWN HILL SLOPE FOR PERFECT DRAINAGE .WEANWHILE  AN EXPERT PLASTERER MENDED THE WALLS WHILE THE PLUMBERS WERE FINISHING THEIR WORK  . AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED I PAINTED OVER THE PATCHWORK AND IT LOOKED LIKE NOTHING HAD EVER HAPPENED.EVEN THE STUCCO SECTION WAS MENDED PERFECTLY.  THE DRAIN PASSES ALL TESTS INCLUDING THE DAUGHTER TEST.MY DAUGHTER CAME TO VISIT FROM OHIO AND DUMPED EVERY THING FROM GREASE TO RICE AND GROUND UP VEGGIES  DOWN THAT DRAIN LIKE IT HAD A GARBAGE DISPOSAL .THERE WERE NO HIC UPS WHATSOEVER. THIS DRAIN FLOWS FASTER THAN MY BATH TUB.   I WAS OFFERED LESS EXPENSIVE OPTIONS BUT I FELT THAT THIS WOULD BE A PERMANENT ONE. IF I ONLY HAD A BASEMENT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED IN A COUPLE OF HOURS FOR A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS AND VERY LITTLE EQUIPMENT.   JOSH WILLIE WAS THE PLUMBING TECHNICIAN  THAT ASSESSED THE SITUATION AND EXPERTLY LAID ALL OF THE PIPE IN A PRECISION MANNER ASSURING PROPER DRAINAGE.   I AM NOT A TRADESMAN. I AM JUST A NOSY HOMEOWNER WITH AN ENGINEERING DEGREE.  I HAD TWO OTHER PLUMBERS WORK ON THIS DRAIN AS WELL AS MYSELF OVER THE YEARS . I COMPLETELY WORE OUT A POWER SNAKE ON THIS DRAIN AND POURED A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS WORTH THE CHEMICALS DOWN IT. I WANT TO THANK ANGIES LIST FOR THIS REFERRAL. THESE GUYS ARE PLUMBING ROCK STARS I SHALL CALL NO ONE ELSE FOR MY PLUMBING NEEDS.
