Again, his bid was not the cheapest, but his demeanor and demonstration of his skills won me over. His company sent out a plumber who did exactly what they said they would. I was on the East coast at the time, and we communicated via text and voice. He sent me pictures of his work and all my plumbing is working beautifully. I found Paul to be very professional, pleasant to talk with and an expert in his field. The company “the Clean Plumbers” had some issues with phone support over the weekend (they share an off-hour phone service), but eventually that was resolved. I will use Paul again for any future plumbing needs."
