They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was  finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

"A very nice and punctual man. Appreciated the upfront pricing. Accepted his recommendation to replace all the inner workers of the toilet tank to fix a sluggishly flushing toilet. He indicated that if there were any further problems, he would know it was from his work and not another issue unrelated to his work. When I observed that the toilet tank had a slow leak the next day, He returned and put in a new flapper. Strangely, the leak got worse. As he had indicated that any further warrantee work might be useless since it was an old toilet, when the leak actually got worse, my wife and I investigated the problem and determined it was a sealing problem at the bottom of the tank, and not a flapper issue. We used some marine sealant we had in the garage, and that fixed the problem. I texted him what I had done and pictures of the work we did, but have not heard back, yet."
