Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found. We live in Port Orange, FL and the city is known to have tough inspections. We would hire Brian and his team again in a heartbeat and have already referred his company to people who have commented that our house looks so nice. "Nick was here everyday by 7:30am to start working. He washed the house and then painted two story house and all the trim. He replaced wood or siding when necessary. He does excellent work, is very likable and a good person. We will have him return next year for additional painting.."

""They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better."

He was very thorough in going through the pros and cons of each window which made selecting the right window very easy for us.
