Good guy, fair price!

No I?m not happy. This guy came out and added another 100.00$ to the bill for shipping of the pump and it was wrong and didn?t work and. Told me something was wrong down in the pipes and I needed a well co. I call a well co. And he looked at what was done and said the pump was installed backwards. I called AAA back and left message he never called me back, I had my wife call from her phone and he answered, I tried to talk to him and he hung up. They are a rip off and the customer service sucks. Warning do not call or use them . The are a very bad company. Angi s list should remove them from their website. Angie?s list should reach out and help me recover what I paid. I am now paying another Co. to fix what I already paid for. Have been without water for over 5 days now. Sucks

AAA Waterworks showed up, as scheduled, to install a rust tank for out irrigation system. First he wanted to install the tank outside the fence where it could be seen, which was not acceptable. Then he broke a pipe buried in the ground, and my husband had to dig the hole to repair the pipe and fill it back in when he was done. A job that I paid AAA $900 to do. After he installed the tank, we repeatedly called and left messages for him to come back out and adjust the flow for the chemical distribution in the tank, and he does not answer the phone and does not return my husbands phone calls. So, once he gets his money, you will not get any service, no less, the one year work warranty he claims to give you. If you want the job done right, hire someone else!!!

The technician showed up in a timely manner and completed the work quickly and good results.

I needed an all over check and repair of my 18-year-old sprinkler system. Up to now, we had maintained it ourselves. One sprinkler head was broken, some others not functioning properly. Bill of AAA Waterworks, here in Jacksonville, FL, came out, surveyed and checked the system and gave us a fair quote to do the work. He spent about two hours replacing a few of the sprinkler heads and adjusted all of them. He also verified that our rain gauge was functioning properly. He took the time to program the controller and set the days to water and station watering times to spec going forward. Highly recommend! FYI they only take cash or check for payment.

Bill was on time and efficient. He knew what needed to be done, fixed the well so my sprinklers now have the proper coverage, and the cost was very reasonable. Will book again if I need added service.

He showed up early, dug up and replaced three broken heads. Checked entire system which was perfect and done in 1.25 hrs. Very reasonable.
