Great! Fred from CDS Plumbing did an excellent job in installing our new A.O. Smith hybrid water heater. Fred is very courteous and professional. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one. I have been using CDS Plumbing for a number of years now and they are my "Go to guys" for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend both Fred and Paul of CDS Plumbing.

Things went really smooth. Friendly service and a very professional job. Would definitely hire him again if I needed a plumber.

We had problems Friday evening. Chrissy sent Paul out first thing on Monday morning and Paul did a wonderful job. This company is like family to us because we seem to have a lot of plumbing problems (old house). They come out promptly and are courteous and helpful. Thanks, Chrissy and Paul and thanks to Fred, too. There is one other great plumber we have used but I'm sorry I don't remember his name.

Contacted CDS on Friday and they scheduled for first appointment Monday. Tech promptly arrived and did the work quickly and was professional and neat. Time to do work was very close to estimate.

I don't know any plumbers in the area, so I called a few hoping to get a sense of their professionalism, attitude, knowledge, etc. By the time I got off the phone, I felt like I had just talked to my own wise mother. I felt that sense of peace as soon as I got off the phone and said, "Honey, this is the one." It's a family run business and has been around for a long while. Fred showed up already pulling out necessary equipment and going to work as soon as he stepped out of the vehicle. He asked me for any helpful details, explained the entire process to me. He did the leak test, busted through the concrete floor, fixed the leak, poured new concrete and was done in just a few hours. He even protected our furniture and cleaned up after the job was done. My wife and I would Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much to all of the CDS family.

Used CDS Plumbing (321-433-3140) for Install of water shut off valve to house, water heater reinstall (another plumber installed incorrectly), fixed a clogged shower drain and fixed a leaky toilet. I have nothing but great things to say about CDS. They are professional, on time and do a great job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

CDC charges $105 per hour with a minimum hour and then I believe they use half hour increments. The guy who came out was the same guy who came out to replace my sink and faucet which has worked great. So far, everything he changed is working well and I haven't noticed any issues. The worker is young-ish and very fast, although he's happy to show you what he's doing and answer plumbing questions. He showed me how to replace my flapper in the new toilet. I was not happy he didn't have anything to protect his knees while kneeling on the hard floors. He's going to have problems by the time he's 40.

My toilet began having trouble flushing. I attempted to clear the obstruction myself, but only succeeded in extracting a few strands of roots - not a good sign. I called CDS the morning after it overflowed - the day before Thanksgiving. Although they were booked and likely hoping to begin their holiday, they realized my desperation and scheduled an appointment for the mid-afternoon. Paul arrived at the scheduled time and spent a couple of hours working very hard to clear roots from the plumbing. He succeeded in getting a large wad of roots removed and making the toilet functional again! Paul recommended pulling the toilet to allow for a better clearing of the drain pipe and scoping it with a camera to see the damage the roots have caused, but with the toilet being grouted into the floor tile, he didn't want to risk breaking it on this visit. I am very pleased their professionalism, consideration, and the work that was done. I will be calling them after Thanksgiving to get to the 'root' of this problem (sorry I couldn't resist the pun).

Fred came promptly, fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable. I also had a new water heater installed. Called to let me know when he would arrive and showed up right on time. Cleaned up after installation. Couldn't have gone smoother. Very reliable. Thank you for the good job.

The plumber exceeded my expectations. He came, assessed the project and went to work. He also cleaned up old copper lines that had broken turn off valves with new copper. New PVC lines were installed at the location I wanted my new water filter system installed. He cleaned up all areas and asked if there was anything else I needed before preparing the invoice. He was professional and efficient. I will call them again in the future when I need plumbing services.

Everything was on point and very timely.

When making the appointment, they tried to troubleshoot first to make sure it wasn’t something that I could easily do so to save me a service call. When it seemed service was needed, appointment was made. Fred was right on time for the appointment. Found the problem of wires that shorted out due to water in top of heater. He explained that he could fix the issue but due to the water, he couldn’t really guarantee how long the fix would last, but would be glad to do it if I wanted to go forward with it. The second option was to replace it. I opted for a new water heater since it was so old. He left to get the heater from office and was back within 20 minutes. Had the water heater installed and running within a hour. Very efficient.

Excellent on both, very reasonable and professional. Explained all work necessary and how he would proceed to fix both issues. Very satisfied, would highly recommend.
