Daily business is run in an organized and efficient manner. I was most impressed with the fact that the contractor was on the job site every day. Also, every day I knew exactly what to expect. Communication was clear. Subcontractors were reliable and more than competent.

We had our project completed right before the COVID-19 pandemic and I actually sent a text telling Steve, that while it sucked being in a stay at home situation that it sucked less being in the home that they remodeled. They were awesome to work with, reliable, concientious, consultative and I would never hesitate to recommend their services.

Steve and his crew at Remodel It, Inc. did an amazing job on my kitchen renovation. There was a lot of attention to detail and ideas that really helped get this project going. They also put new floors down, and paneled our front room. The most impressive part of this Reno was that Steve and his workers did it while we were back in New England. He called or texted at the end of each day. He sent pictures of all the progress each day as well. This put us at ease and we knew the updates would be amazing. When we returned to Florida to see the work first hand we were blown away. It was like stepping foot into a new home. They went above and beyond to please us. Stephen and his team way exceeded our expectations when they did our kitchen renovation. All members of his team were professional, courteous and punctual. Communication between Stephen and his customers was spot on and efficient. Even 2 weeks post completion his team came out and tweaked a couple things as he preached â weâ ll make it rightâ . Stephen and Eric were great. They kept me informed at every step and explained my choices when a decision had to be made. The process from beginning to end was smooth. They completed a kitchen remodel and had it finished within the promised timeline. They cleaned up the work site every day and tried to minimize the dust which would travel to other areas of the house. We ran into some unexpected issues - I had wanted to remove a soffit and after opening it up we found it could not be removed. Stephen provided me with options for a solution and for changing the cabinet layout as the original plan would no linger work. It was additional work that was not in the contract and Stephen handled the change order perfectly. I would highly recommend Remodel It as you will receive excellent service from a company that pride in their work and treats your house as theirs. They will not leave you mid-project and will work with you to correct any area you may be unsatisfied with.

No remodeling project can be perfect - but this is as close as I have had and this is the 5th or 6th major remodel I have done. The quality of work was amazing, communication was great and Stephen and his crew was a pleasure to work with. I live in Philadelphia but have a vacation home in Florida. This remodel was on the kitchen in our vacation home. so all communications and decisions were made remotely - over email, text and phone. This had the potential to be really difficult and us not getting what we wanted - but Stephen made sure we got exactly what we wanted - and with very high quality. We are planning on doing a bathroom remodel at some point and there is no question who we will hire.

Steve was personable and always available to answer any question we had. He really responded quickly to concerns. The crew was pleasant and personable as well.. Our home not only has a beautiful kitchen but a lovely, open, living area for our family and friends. I m sure he could transform any home into a more comfortable, warm, place for most anyone to enjoy.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Remodel It Inc, and I am very pleased with the results. Stephan, Dustin, Eric, Austin and Jimbo did a great job with my remodel and definitely exceeded my expectations. They were quick to respond to my call and provided a detailed layout and estimate for my project. The owner Stephan was always on site for any issues or questions. We just had our kitchen remodeled and couldn't be happier. Dustin came out and gave us a good design, offered ideas, and gave us the lowest price.He turned it over to the project manager Herb. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects, electrical, painting, plumbing and carpenter. He is a perfectionist. A couple things I was satisfied with he said were not up to his standards and he continued to work until they were. He had two good workers in Frank and Jason. They cleaned up everyday and hauled everything away. There should be six stars.

Dustin and his crew were great to work with. New Wave checked all the boxes, great design, beautiful work, clean and respectful of my home, completed on time and in budget. Dustin went beyond expectations to meet the requirements of the job. I would not only recommend them, but will hire them again.

We had 3 quotes before doing our remodel. Dustin's quote was the lowest, and he also seemed like the most motivated to win our business. In the end, we got the exact kitchen we wanted on time and on budget. Everyone was professional and courteous during the renovation as well. My wife and I have no problem recommending this company.

Dustin was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. His workers were very good as well. Both the kitchen and bath turned out great. I feel comfortable recommending him to anyone.

Dustin was very professional came up with ideas to save me money.Was at my house twice a day to check on progress.His crew was awesome,respectful, hard workers n cleaned up everyday n took trash away with them .The projects were done on time. The quality of the cabinets were all wood n beautiful. I would definatly reccomend this Co. to anyone that needs work done.When I am ready I will be calling Dustin up again for a full remodel of my upstairs bathroom Couldn't be happier.

Great Experience.

Dustin is great to work with and for design and installation. His crew is knowledgable and friendly. They know their stuff. Friends and friends of friends came to look at our kitchen,which is stunning. It resulted in 3 new jobs. They came on time every day until the kitchen was done ( 6 weeks). I was never disappointed. If an issue came up, Dustin took care of it right away. I can not recommend this company enough,As far as contractors go they're close to perfect. Can't go wrong. Prices are reasonable and stay close to quote. (Changed plan once). Seriously they are top-notch company

Good customer service, staff was wonderful and do quality work. They took my appliances, without discussion. And there are a couple of small things remaining, missing baseboard, drywall mud on floor.

The workers just left my house. They did a beautiful job. I am thriled. Not only did the arrive when they said they would, they worked everyday and finished the job in a timely manner and on price. My new kitchen and den hardwood flooring look amazing. I was nervous hiring someone I didn't know or who had not been persoanlly recommended to me, but I soon realized these men were really good what they do and they were so courteous, I was happy to have them in my home. My neighbor came in to see my new kitchen and den hardwood flooring and she was so impressed, she wants to use them also. I highly recommend this company and will use them on any future projects I may have.

I had already used NEW WAVE KITCHEN & BATH to remodel both of our bathrooms. I not only rehired rehired them, I recommended them to 2 friends

Would have been 5 stars across the board but for 2 things: the project ran almost 2 weeks late because of overbooking (on Dustin's part) and we have one small item left that still hasn't been addressed (filling in a hole from a light switch getting moved). Otherwise, the job was outstanding, everyone was awesome. We plan to remodel the bathroom at some point & it is quite likely that we will hire Dustin & crew again for that as well.
