Harbor Renovations did a fantastic job with my office renovations. George gave me a fair bid, stuck to the bid, and suggested good subcontractors for the work Harbor Renovations did not complete on its own. I would certainly consider this company for future work I might need.

Very poorly managed. Charged for a "custom" made cabinet that when installed did not fit the original and would not provide credit. Charged for plastic covering of furniture but only supplied after requested. Management team/owners rude and never engaged with customer. Staff supplied lacked required skills to complete job requiring us to hire outside contractors. Would never recommend and think twice before considering. Project took at least one month longer than planned.

"I am writing this response in utter disbelief. This customer says the following, Very poorly managed, management team/owners rude and never engaged with customer, the staff supplied lacked the required skills to complete job requiring customer to hire outside Contractors. The only outside Contractor used by the homeowner, was for an Insta Hot Gas Water Heater, which is a Specialty License and not every Plumber carries such a License, as mine does not. Poorly managed and never engaged with customer. We had 333.5 hours of manpower on the jobsite. As far as our Estimator, he had 130 emails back and forth with the customer There were 178 Text Messages between him and the homeowner. There were 39 Text Messages between my Office Administrator's personal phone and the homeowner and 47 emails between the Office and homeowner. That's a total of 394 Electronic Correspondence between the Office and Homeowner. Also, we counted 45 Smiley Faces on these message. What this is, is a Witch Hunt to try and destroy my Business. It boils down to this, the Customer had us build a Custom Cabinet to THEIR specifications. We drew it up, they reviewed and signed off on it. We built it and installed it but, for some reason, they did not like it after installation and wanted their money back. We built what they wanted and approved but because we did not give them money back, it has become a smear campaign against our Company and me personally. After all is said and done, we installed that cabinet in another area of their house. I was born and raised in Safety Harbor and have been here for all of my 58 years."

Our project took a little over 2 months to complete and there were changes made along the way - Calvin discovered that we could open up the ceiling in our family room and we are so glad we did - it really adds to the look of the room! Calvin is a craftsman - he takes pride in his work and his work is excellent! He is easy to work with, he shows up when he says he will and he works hard. We had to add a water heater for the bathroom (there was a tiny 5 gallon water heater under the sink - no idea how that would have ever been enough water for a shower) and Calvin made some adjustments to a closet nearby and added the water heater. He keeps track of all of the changes (additions and subtractions from the original contract)
We are VERY happy with the finished project and we have recommended Calvin to friends.
We will be calling Calvin when it is time to remodel our Master Bathroom!

Harbor Renovations performed their scope of work exactly as we asked for. From our initial walk through consultation, through construction and finished product, we have been thoroughly pleased with their services. Harbor Renovations did an excellent job. They were highly professional and provided excellent workmanship of the highest quality. Their subcontractors who provided the plumbing and electical work also provided excellent work. Their subcontractors had been working with Harbor Renovations for more than ten years and they had an excellent working relationship. Because of that, the demolition, costruction and the subcontractors work flowed very smoothly without any delays from the start to the finish. With the exception of the initial Permitting Process by the City of Largo, there were absolutely no delays of any kind. The multiple Inspections by the City of Largo found no discrepancies nor Building Code violations of any kind.
Four General Contractors were selected from Angie's List to provide bids. Harbor Renovation's bid was detailed, thorough and their price was very competitive. Their selection to perform the work was an easy on. Additional work was added by Change Order and that was equally smooth and efficient. We are very pleased with our choice and highly recommend Harbor Renovations LLC as a General Contractor.

They did the remodel and we were happy with that. We had trouble with the plumbing after they finished the renovation because one of the plumbing contractors had messed up some plumbing. I called the plumber out 2 or 3 times, but we couldn't get the problem fixed. I called Harbor Renovations back and we talked and agreed to get another plumbing company out here. The plumbing company put a camera in the pipe and found out the problem and informed Harbor Renovations. They then got the plumbers back out here. They cut a hole in the floor, fixed the pipe, and put everything back. They did a great job. I would recommend them highly. They did a very professional job. Their employees were all very professional and were all American citizens. If there was a problem, they came back and took care of it. The price was good because they worked with us well and allowed us to purchase some of the components like the fixtures, the bathtub and so on. That saved them picking the components up and charging me a service charge or delivery fee. The quality of work was perfect. Everything they did met code and I was very happy with the final touches, the painting, and the tile work. They were very punctual and very professional. The bathroom is gorgeous. Paul and Randy are the owners of Harbor Renovations. Paul did the tile work and it is beautiful. Our bathroom now is half the size of the bedroom.
