"The bathroom had to be taken down to the joists and studs because of termite and water damage. They did it all. From destruction to renovation. All subcontractors were extremely professional, experienced and talented. The end result is a beautiful modern bathroom. We delayed the project several times for personal health reasons. Jeff never blinked. He was very accommodating and flexible. When we were finally ready he started on the agreed upon date. Throughout the project he kept us up to date what and when would happen next. In other words they showed up on time. Highly recommend!"

The kitchen remodel included knocking out a concrete block wall. AAA employees and subcontractors are stable; it was pretty much the same group for each project. Joe, the owner, provided just the right amount of supervision and he stood behind the work completed by his company. I had a very modest home and AAA treated me just as well as I imagine they treat their high-end customers. One of my regrets about moving out of Florida is that I will not get to do another job with AAA."

"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise.
