"I have an 80 year old house with solid white oak flooring that TPA Hardwood restored back to their glory days. We had termite and water damaged areas that Mr. RIOS and his crew were able to replace perfectly with the rest of the house. They were on time and very professional and they kept me informed thru out the scope of the work till the very end. They went above and beyond, and we trusted Ed, with the house while we were away on vacation, and he treated like it was his own. The floors came out amazing!!!!! "Kim and her son, Connor, were very pleasant to work with. They provided a service that I had not heard of before which was staining the grout between my ceramic tile. I had been very unhappy with inconsistent "dirty-looking" grout and wanted to tear up my entire floor. Since Remedy Surface Care stained the grout the new color I chose, then buffed the tile, I am very happy and my floor looks like new."
