"Zachery & crew brought back to life our blended tile floor of older and newly installed tile. We are so pleased with his time & patience in the cleaning of the grout ( both floors and bathroom tile). "I hired Kenny and Robert to do several jobs for me, first was cleaning and sealing my travertine tile on my lania and cleaning my tile and sealing the grout in our bathrooms and both jobs came out EXCELLENT! Because these jobs came out so good I asked Kenny if they cleaned and sealed pavers, he said yes so I had them come back out to do that job. Once again the work was excellent and my pavers are now the best looking in our neighborhood. They will get plenty more work from my neighbors and me! Great pricing and incredible work!!"

Small jobs welcome

"Kim and her son, Connor, were very pleasant to work with. They provided a service that I had not heard of before which was staining the grout between my ceramic tile. I had been very unhappy with inconsistent "dirty-looking" grout and wanted to tear up my entire floor. Since Remedy Surface Care stained the grout the new color I chose, then buffed the tile, I am very happy and my floor looks like new."

Customers say: Quick response

"Natural Stone Care inc. is a fantastic company. I have been remodeling homes for over 15years and decided to let the pros at Natural Stone Care resurface my travertine. When it comes to Natural stone flooring, trust me you want someone experienced. Not only did they have 30yrs experience individually but they were punctual, professional, did exactly what they said and for the exact price quoted but also did it for substially less than the other companies. My floor looks better than when they were originally installed!"

"Matt and his partner were very professional and their workmanship was what I concider top quality. When they were done they had us look over everything to insure that we were satisfied with what had been done. My wife asked if there was anything they could do to cove a couple of cracks in the tile and they took care of that on the stop. Cracks can no longer be seen."

Ceramic Tile questions, answered by experts

Natural stone floors, especially pebble-style tiling, are one of the least slippery options for a shower floor. Natural stone has a texture to reduce slickness, and pebble-shaped tiles add more visual and textural contrast while reducing slippage. Vinyl tiles are also designed with anti-slip texture for added safety. If you have a slippery tile, be sure to add a grippy shower mat to reduce the risk of falls.

If you’re out of spacers for your tile installation, you can use pennies. Each time you place a tile, stick the pennies around the edges (on the sides and the corners). Like working with spacers, you’ll want the same amount of space around each tile before they set.

A quality shower tiling project is a bathroom upgrade that can increase resale value. Bathroom remodels have the highest return on investments for any home update. Tiling a shower won’t offer the potential 70% ROI that a full bathroom remodel involving upgrading fixtures, installing storage, and a complete room retile will. However, you can expect an average return of 55% to 60% for this refresh.

Tile countertops can be an excellent and budget-friendly option for a kitchen, provided they are installed correctly. It's important to choose tiles, such as ceramic, that are heat-, water-, and scratch-resistant. When the grout is properly sealed, it will resist stains, making the surface easy to clean. Tile is also considered a sustainable material. For a cohesive kitchen design and added protection, you can pair a tile countertop with a matching tile backsplash.

Larger tiles can be difficult to install because they’re heavier and bulkier than their smaller counterparts, which makes them harder to haul around and put in place. Plus, if you don’t install the tiles correctly, they could crack or break. For these reasons, it’s best to hire a professional for large-format tile installation.
