"This is my first review for Miguel and 413 Construction. At first I was skeptical about hiring them. I took a chance on having them install porcelain tile throughout most of my home. They removed the baseboard , installed the tile, reinstalled the baseboard, installed my 2 new toilet bowls and reinstalled a pedestal sink. I highly recommend them, let them do the job and don't hawk over them, they know what they are doing. Floor has no uneven tiles as they used tile leveling clips. Very professional work and for the tremendous job they did fairly priced. Floor is still looking fantastic over three years later."

"Alex and crew did a terrific job. While I selected the glass tile, they arranged for almost everything else. They used high quality materials and paid attention to details. My new kitchen backsplash looks great. This was a difficult job as there were cabinet valances and many electric plug openings plus a large opening to another room that had to be dealt with by framing it carefully with the tile all around. During installation I was unhappy with one aspect of the work. They examined the problem and without hesitation said they would do what it takes to make it right. In this day and age that is a rare thing. They did this work for a fair price. While some underbid them, you get what you pay for. Would I use them for my tile or flooring future needs yes, I would."

"We have a lovely waterfall going from the spa to the pool. Unfortunately, some tiles had broken, so it looked a little shabby. I looked all over to find someone to repair or replace. I tried contacting our pool service, and they didn't know anyone. I checked with other floor/tile places, and no one seemed interested. Love My Floors came out, looked it over, and gave me a quote on the project (one to replace broken tiles, the other to replace the whole thing).
