When retiling our shower, he found mistakes made by our builder which allowed water to seep into the floor. "I have an 80 year old house with solid white oak flooring that TPA Hardwood restored back to their glory days. We had termite and water damaged areas that Mr. RIOS and his crew were able to replace perfectly with the rest of the house.
