I can’t say enough great things about Andrea and her husband. She is so communicative, very reassuring, and very detailed oriented. Her pricing is very fair and she went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done in a timely manner and that I was happy with the end product. I would recommend her times 10!

Laszlo and Andrea are a wonderful team! They are super honest, were extremely fair in their pricing, showed up on time and completed the project when promised. Las also stopped in the middle of what he was doing one day to help me install a door knob that I was attempting on my own. They were so good we had Las come back and do some additional work once they finished the initial project. I would highly recommend Eross Home Improvement and would not hesitate to use them again myself.

The customer service was excellent and the painter was incredible the price was very reasonable less than we thought it would be and we are very happy with the job that they have done.I will call them again when we are ready to do some other home improvements, better then 5 🌟's

They did a great job on the project. When there were changes in scheduling or the needs for the project, ie additional materials, they clearly communicated and in a timely manner. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the work was done.

We have proper documentation from the Secretary of State of Florida. Our business is operating with a Certificate from the Secretary of State of Florida and is active, and that is all we need to operate as remodelers. We also have liability insurance which is required by the State of Florida. All documents were presented to you prior to any work to be done on your dock.As a courtesy we did not charge you for any work completed."

Was very prompt with the work request. Worked hard and tried to do the best job. Customer service was great including a follow up call to see if we were satisfied which was impressive. We had a small job, but we would consider other jobs with them.

The work is very precise and extremely well done. They rebuilt the deck with ramps and safety measures for our blind dog as well as painting the entire interior and replacing woodwork to the replication of original. So good to finally have someone who can be trusted to be fair and do excellent work!!!
