Our business hired Perfect Choice to install VCT for us. A week prior to move in, we discovered the current carpet could not be cleaned and we would need new carpet for the whole suite. Marcia and Jim were both very accommodating and made it happen for us on short notice. Their crew came after hours to get the job done. Every interaction we had with every employee was both pleasant and professional. We will definitely be using perfect choice for all of our flooring needs in the future and recommend them to everyone!

My experience with this company was absolutely dismal. I needed some minor flooring repair. They told me that the earliest they can come for an inspection is in 6 weeks. Since it was not an urgent issue, I agreed. The fun now started: on the scheduled day of inspection, nobody showed up. I call the company about 3 hours pass the scheduled time and they had no clue that nobody came to my house yet. The lady on the phone told me that she will find out whatâ s going on and call me right back, what she never did. After I called again another hour or so later, she told me that there was some issue with the car, and that the technician wonâ t make it to my house on that day. I was then rescheduled for the next day. On the next day, nobody showed up again. After I called an hour or so later, this time the delay was apparently due to a bad weather, but the technician was apparently on the way to my house. I was promised that they call me once they have the estimated time of arrival. Nobody called me and the technician never came. When I tried to call back this time, nobody was picking up the phone and my calls went straight to the voicemail, although I called well within the working hours. And that was it. I never heard from them again. I contacted another company that week. They came to make the assessment the next day and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price the next week. I canâ t speak to the quality of work of Perfect Choice Flooring, since they never showed up, but if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy flooring company, look somewhere else.

Talk about a great team! Our sales reps Tony was just fabulous and know his floor "that's for sure". Then we were passed over to Jessica, clearly has her stuff together, she got us in the schedule in a timely manner and made sure we knew what was going on and when. Then came the team to install the floors, Andy and his team were kind, cleaned up after them selves, and know how to lay flooring. Again talk about a great team!! Thanks Lyssa

Cesar was incredible. He replaced some flooring and I was amazed at how quickly he did the job. Very professional and did a nice job cleaning up. Cesar is a great wood worker. Unfortunately we didn't get the names of the other two men who came to install flooring in our home office. They were equally incredible. They worked fast and efficiently and were done in under two hours! They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Perfect Choice Flooring, Inc.

We have used Perfect Choice twice now. the first time was in Feb. 2019 and just used them again this month. They do great installation work, are on time and very efficient. The installers were GREAT the 1st time, the 2nd time (this week) they were even more impressive. I can't say enough about the quality of their work or their service. we will be using them when we remodel our Kitchen next year. Thank you PCF!!
