Poor service repeated poor service. Trying to gaslight me about the cleaning process. I routinely clean with a scrub brush, I wanted a professional clean with the hot steam, and buffer mop, instead, I got what I routinely do a hand job with a scrub brush, and I was told this is equivalent. My grout color is darker than it should be, I am told it is the color I picked WRONG! The bottle was not labeled, and one can see it is the wrong color. Derrick is too busy trying to gaslight me instead of making it right.

The workers were professional, efficient and very very polite. They did their job so very well and were very careful to check everything before they left. All in all I was very impressed with their workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Had to renegotiate price after they started the job 1 hour late. After they finally finished I cleaned up an area they said would not clean. Took me 1/2 hour and some CLR and now it looks fine. Just not professional and not customer care oriented...

Excellent Job

Derrick charged me, a disabled veteran, $1140.00 to paint the grout lines and seal the floor. The sealer he used was very sticky, so I used plastic sheeting to prevent marks. I had to body bathe in my shower/commode chair for 5 days to let it dry. The first time I rolled on the floor with my wheelchair, there were marks, bad ones, on the floor. I told Derrick about it and he came back and used a powerful stripper to remove the sealer. Never said, you should open your windows. Filled my house with noxious fumes! Never used a drop cloth. I supplied a towel. Now my floor looks worse than it did originally. Very unprofessional, in my opinion! Now I'm out $1140.00 and nothing to show for it! If that's the way he treats a disabled veteran, just imagine what he would do to you!
