"This is my first review for Miguel and 413 Construction. At first I was skeptical about hiring them. I took a chance on having them install porcelain tile throughout most of my home. They removed the baseboard , installed the tile, reinstalled the baseboard, installed my 2 new toilet bowls and reinstalled a pedestal sink. I highly recommend them, let them do the job and don't hawk over them, they know what they are doing. Floor has no uneven tiles as they used tile leveling clips. Very professional work and for the tremendous job they did fairly priced. Floor is still looking fantastic over three years later."

"I am so impressed with Lipsky and Son. Nathan came to assess our job and was knowledgeable and honest about the difficulties involved with the tile we wanted to use. He was prompt, friendly and professional in his demeanor. He returned phone calls and produced an estimate very quickly, which was helpful for us with an urgent time frame. Alex was the Site supervisor who was the most professional of any vendors we have dealt with, and the list is long. He was completely courteous and dedicated to doing the job right.
