"My beach house on Topsail Island had extensive roof damage from hurricane Florence. The island was closed to homeowners for several days while the authorities cleaned up the devastation. When I was finally allowed on the island, I found the kitchen, family, dining room and bath completely covered with mold. When the insurance adjuster arrived, Fast & Friendly was there to meet him and explain the extent of the damage, provide him with documentation and evidence justifying their removal of the moldy surfaces. They will also submit a complete report to the insurance company detailing their activities.
