"Gerael and team were amazing. I found him on Angi and they completely demoed and retiled our entire 2,500 SF home in Tierra Verde. From there they completely remade our master bathroom shower and tub area with marble tile. In addition to great workmanship Gerael, never missed a start date and once they started, they did not stop until the job was completed unlike so many other contractors that i have dealt with that over promise and under deliver. "Olaf installed our 36 inch ceramic tile. He gave us an outstanding the fair quote for the work. He picked up the tile from Floor And Decor for us saving us $250. He moved all the furniture from the room to be tiled and reinstall all the furniture after the tiling was completed. He was always on time and worked late on certain days to complete the job as promised . Olaf’s assistant was extremely competent and helpful. They worked as a wonderful team sharing all the work. They removed all the old carpeting from the room to be tiled, including the padding. They carried all the used carpeting and padding away and cleaning up every night after they had completed their work. The job was completed on schedule and the finishing around the edges of the tile was immaculate. All the nail heads were spackled. Any gaps were filled the final job look incredible! I can’t recommend Olaf and his service highly enough! We have three other rooms to be tiled and looking forward to having him do each one of them."

"They replaced the siding on my house after last years hurricane damage. Taylor tried to help me find the trim color i wanted but it was not available. His workers seemed competent and went over the final product for any areas to fix. My issue with them as i said in my first review was that 7 weeks later, after 2 phone calls leaving messages or text messages every week, i heard not a word back from him or his partner Ryan about picking up 2 piles of old siding left in the yard. After that long it seemed apparent it was intentional. It seemed like they had my last check and they weren’t going to return for clean up. I defended them to my husband that they didn’t do clean up but now it looked like he was right. The day after my last review came out I heard from Ryan. Taylors wife was very ill and that’s why these 7 weeks I didn’t hear from him. I’m sorry to hear his wife was so sick, but i still feel like sometime during those 7 weeks he could have passed my number to his partner for a call back. Team mates cover each other, we all have ups and downs in life. Of course i understand and overlook it, but an apology would be appreciated. Anyone would have been upset if they were in my shoes. I had no idea his wife was seriously ill. Taylor and Ryan are doing well with the construction skills, they need to maybe hire someone for callbacks,"

"I put a request out on Angie’s list for a professional Painter for our home. We were contacted by Allure of Perfection/Paul Lebiedz on June 21 at 4 PM. We set up an estimate time for June 23, Monday at 9:30 AM. We spoke about very specific plans for what we wanted to have done for this project. He reassured me that he’s the man for the job and that he would stay on the job from beginning till end and provide all the services requested. On June 25 he texted to let me know that the job would take 4 to 5 days given heat and rain, but there would be no bouncing around to other jobs and he was very reassuring that we would be very satisfied with his work. He also wanted to let me know at that time that the pool deck/lanai painting was part of the estimate that he quoted, but he wasn’t sure if he put it in the estimate but that it would be done for the same price of the total estimate. He did state that he would resend another estimate with that written in. Prior to June 28, we researched his online information through Angie’s list along with Google and yelp and felt that he would be the best choice for our home painting at this time. On June 28, he reached out to see if we had decided and I let him know that yes we would like for him to take the project. I had previously spoken to Paul about whether he would have helpers here on site with him, and he originally at estimate time stated that he would have someone with him.. On June 30 he arrived that morning to start the project. I did go out and speak to him because today was gonna be the day for pressure washing and I wanted to see if I could add on pressure washing my driveway since he was doing the whole house. He did agree and was going to give me an estimate for the additional driveway cleaning. At that time, I asked him where his helper was and he stated it’s hard to keep the help. On that evening of the same day, I sent him some samples of paint colors and pictures of other homes that have been painted in the combination that we liked. He agreed and was to pick up the paint to the following morning before returning to start the painting job. On July 1, he returned to start the painting, but it rained and it rained on the 2nd also so the painting time was cut short on July 3. He arrived to paint but had his teenage son with him to help with the project. His son painted a portion of the lanai deck around the pool, but had left quite a mess on the cage railings along with paint on two separate screens. I did later speak to Paul about that and he agreed to get the paint off of the screens and remove the paint from the one eye cage. I will enclose pictures so you can see what I’m talking about. It rained on the fourth, so no more painting can be done until Sunday. He returned on Sunday, July 6 at 9:30 AM. We discussed several items that needed going over on the painting and trim where spots were missed and dried paint cleanup needed to be done. We discussed the condition of the lanai deck that was painted and how easily the paint comes off or scratches. There was discussion that the type of paint That he used was the same that he painted the walls with and that may be why it’s not adhering to the pavement. He stayed for a while that day did some touchups and painted over areas on the deck. He returned on July 7 at 10 AM and I did a walk-through with him on areas. I needed to have him be sure he was addressing including stains at the front door where paint had been spilled and needed to be cleaned up. We addressed several areas where the one layer of paint that you put on was not thick enough and didn’t cover the cream/tan color of the house prior to starting this project. he agreed to go back through and make those corrections and additionally to paint the front door and trim as previously agreed upon. I felt comfortable enough that he would return and take care of everything as he stated so when he requested to be paid that day, I wrote him a check for the remaining amount of money including $100 tip. So the total check was $3000.00 (check #3193) $400 of that he charged for pressure washing the driveway, painting, a small slab outside, a garage door and agreeing to paint the front door black with burgundy trim. He Was previously paid $1000(check#3189) at the beginning of the job to purchase supplies i.e. paint and caulk. At 3:30 he left and said that he was all done and not walk on the lanai floor for a couple of hours. I later did a walk-through by myself and continue to have many concerns. We didn’t return the patio furniture nor walk on the lanai deck for two days so as to make sure this time it would be adhered properly. On July 9 I texted him when he would be returning because again we had to discuss that things weren’t completed, including the front door. I had asked him to please call me so we could talk about getting this completed… he texted back and said “no problem“ at 4:25 the same day he texted and said “can I call you tomorrow morning – so busy at this moment won’t have time to talk“ I texted him at length about the deck, painting, and the condition of it and also sent pictures. I also requested that when he goes to buy more brown accent paint to complete the job that he by deck paint and not the same type that he used on the deck originally because it’s not the right paint and it won’t adhere properly… No answer from him. On July 11, I texted and called him again asking what time will he be returning and he responded he would be here on July 12 around nine or 10. He stated “have an appointment at nine and then straight to you“ Paul arrived on July 12 at 10 AM and we did another walk-through discussing all of the concerns that I still had that weren’t corrected yet. We especially spent some time discussing the lanai deck and what to do about the current condition of the paint job not only the wrong kind of paint, but it actually wasn’t all coveredwith the same amount of paint so there’s light areas right next to dark areas that are very noticeable. At that time, Paul was visibly upset about it and stated “I hate painting in this heat and the rain. I hate it. I hate the humidity, I hate it. “… he was visibly upset, but agreed to go ahead and start making the corrections. He was here until 1245 that afternoon and then left. He left without correcting the lanai. He left without correcting the front door. He left without correcting the stains that were left on the lanai, cage and the concrete at the front door, but he did spend some time doing the touchup painting around the house including areas of touchup needed on gutter, facia, and soffit. He left and the job was not completed. He left without letting me know when he would return to complete it or if he was going to complete it so on July 13, I texted and called again to see if he was planning on returning and his response was “I’ll be back this week possibly tomorrow After I finish leveling a floor“ “I have to bring the white paint for the ceiling as well as the front door” so according to him he was to return Monday, July 14 or someday thereafter that week… He did not he no longer returned any phone calls or any text and he no longer showed up to complete the project. I texted and called him again on Wednesday, July 16 no answer so on July 19 I sent him a message that I was going to contact Angie and see if we could get some help in resolving this situation. I sent him pictures of the unfinished work and some of the damages. I also sent him a copy of another estimate that I had gotten on Saturday the 19th from an Angie Painter of which I blocked the name off of… The quote was for nearly $2700 to repair complete and fix the job he left undone. I did let him know that if I heard nothing from him over the weekend that the first thing Monday morning, I was going to reach out to Angie’s and file a complaint for some resolution… No response on his part whatsoever."
