I hired doctor to put tile in my kitchen where I had existing tile that was cracking. They did a fantastic job they were fast and professional. I felt very confident in there work and felt comfortable using them.

Joanna was very pleasant to work with. Everything was completed as she said it would be and looks just fantastic. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Quick turnaround from quote to install with owner checking in onsite. Will have this company complete other projects as well. Highly recommended!

I have owned many houses and have had tile work done by many different people the outcome is never consistent this company provided artesian installers really did a great job cleaned up after themselves this is the second time I have used them and I feel like I need to hurry up and do more projects because itâ  s so hard to find someone Iâ  m just happy with.

Joanna and Gio did a great job of repairing, cleaning and painting grout in my shower and kitchen sink. They are hard workers and very diligent. Look forward to working with them again.

WARNING. DO NOT HIRE DOXA FLOORING. Damages: I have had the worst experience with the Doxa Flooring company. They do not know what they are doing. They managed to break an expensive in wall HDMI cable, that they hid from me. When I discovered it was broken, I had it repaired and asked them to pay for the damages. They flat out refused. Claiming I did not pay them enough for the work they did and that I should pay them more. The unprofessionalism is astounding. I asked them three times to pay for the replacement, they are more interested in arguing with me. I hope no one has to go through this hassle again. Install: I hired them to tile around a fireplace and up a wall that was 11 ft tall. I provided all materials because I did not trust that they knew what they were doing. First, I had to explain why you can not apply tile to drywall 11ft in the air and why you can not use normal mortar to attach the tile. I supplied the fiber rock board and ultra lightweight mortar to ensure my wall would not fall down because of the extra weight. I had a TV and mantel mounted and I asked them to tile around them. They immediately took them off the wall. They then tiled around the TV mount and covered the space for the mantel. I explained they would need to take the tile off the wall so the mantel would lay flush. They also had to take extra tiles off so the TV would fix back on its mount. What a waste of my tile. They left a gap between the wall and the tile on the sides. I thought they were going to add mortar to the sides after, but that was not apart of the job. I had to run out to the home maintenance store to get joint compound to finish the job. Missing Tools: They arrived to the 11ft high job without a ladder, they had to borrow mine. Disposal/Clean up: They disposed of all the work materials and buckets in my trash can. I had no idea. I had to dig them out of the trash so the garbage truck could lift my trash can. It weighted a ton. They also cut all of the tile in my front lawn, making a mess of grass. When they were done I had to clean up their lines and touch up the paint, and seal the tile. Payment: I was quoted $400 for less than 60 sq ft of work. But then it became $450 because I requested fiber rock board installation, then finally $500 when it was time to pay.

My project included new installation plus repair of a failed area. The workmanship was outstanding. Most installers do not like to get involved in repairs because of the potential for hidden issues. Luciano is a true craftsman of the trade.

We got our kitchen backsplash replaced and Luciano was a hard worker. One suggestion is for him to be a little better at communicating, like asking us to check his work so we can let him know if we wanted a tile switched (which we still did check and had one switched out because it was chipped). But overall our backsplash looks great and I recommend them!

This is a family owned business, very nice couple. Luciano is very knowledgeable and precise. Reasonable prices. Our backsplash was glass tile and had a complicated pattern but it was not a problem. Turned out amazing. We will definitely hire them for future jobs!
