First they returned my initial call within minutes. Not on my was that impressive they showed up same day to give an estimate. After agreeing to do the job they agreed to do it within the week. Within 2 days the job was done. And it looks great!

I had hired a handyman for this project to demolish the old bathroom.. I also had the handyman do the plumbing , electrical, drywall, window replacement, and shower pan. Things started to look shabby. I searched Angi and found Ruben â The American King of Tileâ . He came and looked over my project. He pointed out numerous issues with the work done previously. He explained to me how he would address these issues and finish the project. His price was fair. His work was outstanding. He was reliable and on time. He stayed late to ensure that I was totally satisfied. I cannot say how pleased we are with Ruben and his assistant.

I had Rueben previously do my personal home and was so pleased with his work so when I purchased a rental I knew exactly who I wanted to do my new flooring. He shows up on time heâ s professional never complains always has a smile on his face and his very precise on his work. He takes pride in his work. I know several other units he has worked on in our community thatâ s how I found him every one here highly recommends him!!!

I know you should not expect this every time, but I called him on Monday and he came and did the job Tuesday morning even though he was planning to go on vacation Tuesday afternoon.

This is the second time I have hired Rubin to complete tile work for me. Previously he converted a tub to a walk in shower and laid floor tile. We were overjoyed at the results! We hired him again to lay tile in the remainder of my home this time. He did an amazing job again!! He and Jose are incredibly professional, meticulously neat and very detail oriented. Every step of the project was communicated clearly to me. The finished product far exceeded my expectatIons! Rubin made a suggestion about baseboards that made all the difference in the world when the project was complete (on time I might add). I have no intentions of hiring anyone else as long as Rubin and his brother are able to work.

Rubin and his brother created a masterpiece of intricate stone and marble floors in our home in Osprey, FL.. The herringbone pattern is stunning and the quality of artisanship is superb. They kept on schedule and were skillful, hard working and with attention to detail. We extend our appreciation for the beautiful project and share our highest possible recommendation.

Work done for V. Adams. Charged $6k for 5 days of work. His drywall subcontractor does sloppy work. Kept pouring their buckets in lawn leaving white chunks of mud. Have to hire another contractor to finish the mud work. Reuben is difficult to deal with, became disrespectful and defensive during attempted discussions, dropped the f-bomb. The $6k also included installation of French doors which was not done. Paid cash in full at beginning of job. Requested a partial refund but was ignored.

I greatly appreciate the work they have done for my property. They repaired the poor quality work that my builder did and tiled my whole house. They explained the work that was needed to be done and did them in a timely manner. I would definitely keep them in mind for future work and recommend to everyone. Thanks so much

As new homeowners in St Pete we were lucky to find Ruben and Jose. These guys work extremely hard and have a positive attitude on the job. Initially hired to tile our master bathroom with granite installation we also had Ruben and his brother take care of a bunch of other challenging jobs around our house from facia repair, to building a custom cabinet for us ,to re-grouting another bathroom, to repairing another closet area and even Redoing some exterior pavers on a walkway and some pool landing doors. Ruben and Jose are a pleasure to work with and we look forward to having them over again!
