"Less than 5 years ago, I spent in excess of $10,000 to have a new unit installed with a 10 year warranty. I should have seen the red flags from the very beginning. The sales representative told us additional vents would be installed and when the installation crew showed up, that did not happen. Fast forward to the present and I am now on my 4th phone call for an appointment this season, 3 days so far of not being able to work as I waited for a technician to come diagnose the problem. The 3rd. tech came last night and indicated that the work the other tech did was not for the root of the problem. (I was told in front of witnesses that the work needed to be done, was not covered under warranty, would cost me $367 and would fix my issues)In fact, the 3rd tech only made the issue worse by leaving our attic return unscrewed and overfilling our unit with Freon that the 4th tech had to remove from our system. Upon leaving last night I was told that everything was corrected. Today - my home is slowly creeping up in temperature (presently 80 degrees inside, while set to 72). The company keeps trying to sell me a "maintenance plan" and I keep reiterating to EVERY one who pushes it that we have been getting tune ups/cleanings elsewhere and will only use them for warranty issues since we have had NOTHING but problems with them."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "?????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called in LATE on a FRIDAY afternoon. APRIL enthusiastically answered, FIRST ring, & I explained the awful noise from my sump pump. She got me on the next day's schedule. Saturday! I gave her the specs of the unit & she calmly took notes for the technician. Jimmy texted on his way, arrived timely & had all the necessary parts stocked in the truck! He completed the changeout in record time & accepted credit card payment. The entire process couldn't have went any smoother! The new Zoeller unit runs so quiet, I don't hear it at all in the house. After seeing the shooting plume of water, I informed Craig the SM & his followup exceeded my expectations. Great team to work with; excellent service, fair price! Ten Stars!"

"Surpassed my expectations. Prior to Sherman coming out (who installed the geothermal unit) there were 4 different people who came out to look at the unit over a period of 5 weeks. No one could figure it out. It was very frustrating as well as financially draining. I had a $500 electric bill & prior to that a $400 bill that caused me to look at my thermostat which was running on emergency heat only. My landlord called Sherman and asked for the best employee to come look at it. They sent over Matt. He was very friendly & conscientious as well as thoroughly explaining everything to me. It turned out to be a bad pressure switch which he took care of. He also told me to let him know if the problem persisted & he would then come back out. The problem was resolved. I am very grateful that I will not have another $500 electric bill and very appreciative of Matt at Sherman for being knowledgeable in the geothermal unit (Climate Master)."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
