The technician came on a routine visit to find out that the unit was operating faulty (we had noticed strange noises and limited AC). George the owner came and educated us about alternatives for a replacement unit. We decided on an American Standard gold series. Installation was planned for the following week; technicians came on time with prior phone call, did clean work (maybe 5 hours) and left the workplace clean. Unit works perfectly! 10 yrs guarantee on parts.

I received four quotes for replacing my old system. The price of each quote was based upon the specific brand. I went with the American Standard. The price was very competitive to the other quotes given. The system was installed expeditiously with no issues. The workman, Alex, was prompt and courteous. David, the owner, was extremely customer focused and answered all my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience and was extremely pleased from start to finish to include post-installation advice and guidance as to operating the new system. A+ is my grade for them.

Installed American Standard products....A/C coil & gas furnace ....in the attic of my townhouse @ Rehoboth Beach. Two techs arrived exactly on time & went to the business of getting the install completed. Very pleased & highly recommend.

Excellent. The technician arrived and called to let me know that the unit was working properly but the temperature was set a bit low. He replaced the thermostat and did an excellent job. I cannot commend this company enough. They were responsive on New Year’s Eve and kept me and my wife informed. I have not received a bill yet, but am happy to pay anything reasonable for the peace of mind.

Never experienced such great personalized service on any service call in my life,.starting from the phone call in the am giving me a arrival window for the technician dispatcher called twice to make sure I got the info because her first call went to the answering machine she followed up with another call to make sure I got the message. Technician was great very personably and ready to answer my many questions he diagnosed and fixed the problem right away when he noticed the unit was not serviced for a long time as was evident by the over clogged up filter screen he gave it a closer check up after which he ensured me that I'm good to go for the winter. I will definitely sign up for a yearly maintenance agreement with this company and will recommend it to all my friends and neighbors . I'm so glad I used Agies for finding this company,

Talked to Alltemp's answering service at 11 p.m. Monday, got a return call 8:15 a.m. the next morning. They were heavily booked, but worked me in for service at 3:30 p.m. By 4:00 p.m. Dave had the unit up and running after quickly diagnosing the blown capacitor. Dave, the owner, was very professional and personable. We won't hesitate to call Alltemp again for air conditioning or heating service.

They were great. We ended up having a long back and forth over e-mail about scheduling, since I needed to come to town to meet him. It was so nice to find someone who would e-mail and not insist on calling over and over. When he arrived, he was quick and professional - luckily it was a small part that needed replacing, and I was out less than $200.00.

Alltemp quickly sent a rep to look at our house and provided a reasonable estimate in a very timely manner. We decided to go with another company recommended by our realtor -- a more local company. One big plus -- Alltemp uses American Standard A/C equipment, which has the fewest repair problems, according to Consumer Reports.

As usual, the service request went very well. Scheduling is simple with Alltemp as they answer their phone with little exception. Dave, the owner arrived on time and performed the maintenance that was required. Alltemp installed my gas furnace in 2000 and has service it ever since. When I call, they answer. They are responsive, arrive on time and provide excellent service. I feel fortunate to have them as a service provider for all these years.
