The company did a great job. They even cleaned up.

They went out of their way to find a circuit board with a short notice and replaced it the same day. They were professional, courteous and we appreciate the fact that they wear masks.

Great my old ac unit went out on me on 6/30/20. I'd called Philadelphia Gas & Electric on 7/1/20 and the representative came out that same day. Order a new air conditioner 5 days later they called me to let me know that the new air conditioner is in. The next day they out to installed the new unit, best of all they clean up the work area.

It went great! Explained how steam boilers worked, corrected piping and code issues and was professional and caring. Would recommend and/or use this company's services again.

It turned out that the company who replaced my hot water heater forgot to turn ed it on. They turned the switch on and showed me the switch. I liked them.

My heater shut off twice in one week. Also, during that week, I started to hear a loud rumbling sound. I called PGE, left a message, and Mike called me back within a few minutes. I described the problem to and Mike asked several questions to get a sense of the issue. At his request, I texted pictures of the heater that evening, and we had another conversation about possible issues. We set an appointment and Mike showed up at the appointed hour. I found him personable and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and provided detailed responses concerning my heater, and HVAC systems in general. He changed the filter, checked several parts, cleaned some sediment and corrosion that was visible on some parts and left me with a heater that has been functioning well for 5 days now. I am very happy with the service and would happily recommend Philadelphia Gas and Electric to friends and family.

Mike was very responsive to my call and arrived at my home within a few hours. He spent a lot of time with me explaining in detail the working of my furnaces. I would highly recommend!

After having had multiple folks out to repair or attempt to repair the HVAC, I ended up calling Mike. He was great. He's very thorough, attentive to detail and precise. He explains everything in exquisite detail, and provides a thoughtful, reasoned answer to all questions. He and his colleagues were usually a little later than expected (no more so than most people in the business, and I'm sure to be expected by the vagaries of traffic and equipment). They were knowledgable and did great work. No problems at all so far.

I called Philadelphia Gas & Electric on a Thursday end of day and received a call from Mike right away. I sent a few photos and he recognized the cause of the problem immediately and said he'd be over that next day. He was quick, efficient and explained each step and how to prevent the problem moving forward. I'd highly recommend this company!

I called shortly after the business opened and I was able to talk to a live person and give my information. I received a follow-up call very quickly and was told that they would squeeze me in for the same day and that a technical would be at my house in about 1 hour or so. I received a call from the technician when he was 10 minutes away. They were very courteous and the manager stopped by to check on the job. They were quick, efficient and I'm so thankful they were able to take me last minute. I had to have a part replaced which they had on the truck, they tuned up the system, changed the filter, cleaned out the unit and added a pound of coolant. I would definitely use this company again.

We called several nearby companies and everyone was booked solid, due to an electrical storm that happened overnight. In spite of how busy he was, Mike spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me attempting to troubleshoot the problem. He said that there was a slight chance he'd be able to send someone out later this afternoon but that in all likelihood it would have to wait until Monday. After speaking with him, I called a few other places and one of them was able to squeeze us in last-minute. (It turned out we needed a new capacitor, which was one of the things Mike suggested it might be.) Shortly after our technician left, Mike called back to follow up. Even after learning we had enlisted another company's services, he took the time to ask what the problem was identified as, and give me some pointers for overall maintenance. I felt compelled to review the company even though we didn't wind up using them this time, because I was so impressed with the time Mike took to talk to me this afternoon. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient (especially given my relative cluelessness when it comes to HVAC issues). Based on our phone interactions alone, I would highly recommend this company, and plan to call them if any HVAC issues arise in the future. Many thanks, Mike!

Had a quick call back from tech to discuss and he gave prelim eval over phone. Set up appointment. Techs were pleasant, professional, reviewed system, explained the problem, added Freon & filter, and gave suggestions for future. Overall very pleased.

I use them every year.  They took about 30 minutes to check the air conditioner.  They sent out one guy.  They left the area clean when they left.
