System included a combination ducted system for 1st floor and mini split system for 2nd floor (this system, as recommended by Major League, best suited for the existing conditions, accommodating the different zones/heat loads between the 1st & 2nd floor, and the fact that there was limited space for duct work for the 2nd floor ). 1. Work was completed as quoted, and competitively priced 2. Well coordinated, and worked around challenging existing conditions such as plumbing and tight crawl spaces, furnishings, etc. 3. "Work was not done properly at first. I called told him that he needed to come back. It was a battle to convince him the work was only a month old. Well I got him to come back on a day my husband was home. He told us Friday between 9-12. At 11:30 I called and said he now needed to reschedule for later in the day. So I had another reschedule still late in arriving. We had a whole day ruined because he did not schedule us properly It was not until 820pm that it was finally completed. This work sd have been done right the first time. I believe it was because I am a woman he took advantage of me. But he did complete the job ."
