"My Mitsubishi split AC/Heating was installed. After about six months my interior wall units started to break apart. After about fifteen call they finally sent out a technician. He took pictures and said he had never seen this problem. I was told the owner would get back to me. After many months I finally reached the owner and was basically accused of smashing the interior units with a crowbar or hammer. He said it was basically my problem after spending $12,000. I am a senior citizen and was expecting this to be my last system. I had to borrow the money and if I want to sell this house it would be a big problem instead of telling potential buyers the advantages of having a new unit I would have to explain the problems with the unit and the company will not back their work. This is my first review and it's a shame that there are companies out there who will not back their work or product.....I have plenty of pictures"
