"I may be premature in rating a 5, the work is not complete. However, I think ità ¢à  à  s appropriate to say that I had a very bad opinion of the company when I purchased this home. I delayed repair because of my opinion. Could not delay any longer and I am regretting delaying in the first place. I do not know the lady who I spoke with to schedule the appointment but on the day of, I had an à ¢à  à  emergencyà ¢à  à  pop up. She spoke with the tech and found one that was available to take my call so I could also attend to my à ¢à  à  emergencyà ¢à  à  . The tech (Dale) was courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient as I asked my laundry list of questions and he answered each one. Based on todayà ¢à  à  s experience this company did not deserve my preconceived opinion and I would highly recommend them as your HVAC company."

"My Mitsubishi split AC/Heating was installed. After about six months my interior wall units started to break apart. After about fifteen call they finally sent out a technician. He took pictures and said he had never seen this problem. I was told the owner would get back to me. After many months I finally reached the owner and was basically accused of smashing the interior units with a crowbar or hammer. He said it was basically my problem after spending $12,000. I am a senior citizen and was expecting this to be my last system. I had to borrow the money and if I want to sell this house it would be a big problem instead of telling potential buyers the advantages of having a new unit I would have to explain the problems with the unit and the company will not back their work. This is my first review and it's a shame that there are companies out there who will not back their work or product.....I have plenty of pictures"

A 3-ton AC unit is probably too big for a home that’s 1,200 square feet. If you have a 1,200-square-foot home, you likely need a unit that’s somewhere around 1.9 and 2 tons. An AC unit that’s too large will be really inefficient and cost you a lot of extra money on your bills.

It depends on the specifics of your warranty. The motor is likely not covered if you’re working with a limited warranty. The same goes for other components like the compressor and evaporator coil. Some extended warranties will cover the blower and fan motor, so read the fine print before signing up. Additionally, the manufacturer may offer a warranty for the parts, including the motor, though there’s likely to be a strict time limit for this coverage.

The size window AC you need depends on the BTU and the size of the room you’re cooling. For a room with 8-foot ceilings, look for about 20 BTU per square foot of the room. For example, a 12-by-12-foot room should have an air conditioner with 2,880 BTU. You can buy something slightly more powerful, but don’t overshoot the BTU for a small room, or you’ll waste energy and have higher bills.

This is a bit of a trick question. Even though the seasons arrive at the same time every year, the weather doesn’t always behave according to the calendar. So, while it’s fair to say that you can expect to turn on your AC starting in late May or early June, it all depends on the outside temperature and how cool you like to keep your home.
