"My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasn’t rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ochre, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. Basement Systems suggested a plan to install a new drainage system and relocate my sump to an area that would be much easier to access and maintain.
