They knocked the job out of the park! Honestly, I think the cleanup was a bit bigger than they expected, but Chris stuck to his price, which I really appreciated. I even gave them a little extra tip because they worked like a bunch of oxen. All in all, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Mold was removed, ceiling and blinds treated and bactericidal paint used on the entire are. Also scraped and recaulked exterior top of window to prevent future moisture leak. Would definitely hire again but hope it's not needed! Thanks Steve!"
