All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."

"A superior company. They follow through on their commitments. They have long time employees with great experience. BWN waterproofed our leaky basement about 10 years ago. No problems for almost a decade. After a recent weekend downpour we had water along one of the basement western storm-facing walls. We called and opened a service ticket with Gary. They called back in a little over a day and scheduled a repair at our convenience. Joe, a long time employee, very courteous, professional, and respectful, arrived on the job. He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. "The entire experience went really well. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and able to be set at a convenient time for me. Before the technician arrived I received a text message and a phone call with the name of who I should be expecting. They arrived on time and placed their shoe covers on before entering my home. Zach then proceeded to ask if I had any concerns or problems before beginning my plumbing inspection. He checked all of my pipes and drains as well as toilets and water heater. Zach showed me a picture of a pipe that was starting to rust under my sink to make me aware, but mentioned it wasn't something that needed to be done that day. He then informed me of the age and average life of my water heater so I could begin planning for the future. At the end I decided one of my toilets needed to be replaced. He had exactly what I wanted on his truck and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. They left my home as if no one had been there with cleanliness. "My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasn’t rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ochre, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. Basement Systems suggested a plan to install a new drainage system and relocate my sump to an area that would be much easier to access and maintain. They upgraded the existing sump pump to a triple safe system with three pumps (including a battery backup!) so I have multiple redundancies in place to prevent flooding. He and his crew worked very hard and put in extra hours to have the job completed on schedule in two days even though they ran into several unexpected issues.
