He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. "Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"We interviewed several waterproofing companies for installing a French Drain. We are in NE Philly where the water table is so bad. We get water in our basement with nearly every major rainstorm. After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. Ryan came out and did an inspection and showed us what our basement needed and what Dry Tech's installation would do. He answered a lot of questions and did great follow up with us, without being pushy on hiring his company. After meeting with other contractors, we gave them the job. The workers were thorough, courteous and professional. They took all the steps needed to cover and protect our things that were in the basement and cleaned up everything afterwards. The job took 2 days. While I can't YET state how great the drain works, I'm actually looking forward to the next big rainstorm"

"Excellent! If there was a grade higher than A, I'd give it. Atila and his crew went above and beyond. Because I was concerned about water drainage from my patio, they even installed a drainage system around the edges, to be sure the water had a place to go. Rain was expected the next day, so those men worked non-stop from 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. to remove the old patio, prepare the site and pour our cement so it had time to cure. I don't think they even broke for lunch. The patio looks great, drains properly and all for a very reasonable price compared to other contractors I had out. Atila was great to work with, his crew works hard and are very attentive to detail, and Beth in the office is very responsive. Great Job!"
