"Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."

"Salesman was very accommodating and arranged a quick installation as the house was on the market already. Installers arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. "Basement wall was bowed and needed reinforcement. Installed wall anchor system. Since my house is located at the bottom of a cul de sac, rain water always runs down to the house and over the years cause the earth to shift putting additional pressure on the wall. The installation was simple, they were as neat as could be expected and finished on time. After the installation, I started had some leaks at the wall plates, basement systems can back and resealed all of the openings. Alright for sometime but started to get some water seepage around the the wall plates. Basement system came out again and sealed the openings from the outsides with success, no longer any problems. Maybe if they had better sealed the outside openings from the beginning things could have been different but that’s something we won’t know. Bottom line is they responded quickly and made sure everything was done so that this problem was corrected but that I was happy with their work. For my peace of mind, I had a drainage system installed along the front wall, Basement system gave me a very fair price and completed the work in only a few hours Scott, operations manger and techs Jorge and John all were great throughout the process"
