They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"
