They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

"Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."

Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. After 2 storms dumped 7" in 3 hours and another that dumped 4" 2 days later, we'd had enough after 13 years. "The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision.
