They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

After it was installed, after the first rainstorm we had leaking around the site and water damage to the sealant. While this was very frustrating, but they were responsive and did come back to look at the damage and discuss how to fix the issue. While the initial installation was frustrating, I would work with them again given how helpful they were after issues arose."
