No problems for almost a decade. After a recent weekend downpour we had water along one of the basement western storm-facing walls. We called and opened a service ticket with Gary. They called back in a little over a day and scheduled a repair at our convenience. Joe, a long time employee, very courteous, professional, and respectful, arrived on the job. He had reviewed our prior project and knew the property well. And it was a window well drain that had clogged. Luckily, it was easily unclogged and the problem was completely solved. We have always been pleased with the work and response of this locally owned business."

"My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasn’t rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ochre, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. Basement Systems suggested a plan to install a new drainage system and relocate my sump to an area that would be much easier to access and maintain. They upgraded the existing sump pump to a triple safe system with three pumps (including a battery backup!) so I have multiple redundancies in place to prevent flooding. They also wrapped my crawlspace with a heavy duty vapor barrier to keep all of that moisture from permeating up through my house. Javier was more than willing to work with me to route the sump discharge pipes in the area I wanted them. He and his crew worked very hard and put in extra hours to have the job completed on schedule in two days even though they ran into several unexpected issues. "We initially retained Martin to redo the kitchen, and we chose him because of price, flexibility and lack of hassle. Martin did all the carpentry work for the kitchen remodel, including plumbing the walls and fixing a termite-damaged floor beam, and he also did all the plumbing work. Work was done very well. Because of the good work, we then asked Martin to remodel a bathroom, and that was done very well, and included tile installation, new piping etc. That went very well. The prior work held out, and so we asked Martin to replace the roof. That roof work was done very well also. On the first day, Martin had about 10 people working on the shingle-part of the roof work to make sure that work was done before rains came. A following day his people did the flat part of the roof. We have now had some heavy rains, and I checked and everything is fine. No damage to the guttering system. So, very happy and would recommend."
