Fast installation by knowledgeable people. Did a big project in 1 day. Best of all no hidden fees!! If you are looking for plank type flooring, be aware of numerous hidden fees! Empire today will give you a quote that includes everything. Easy. They bring samples right to your home, quick laser measurements. We were so discussed and stressed by a big store in our area because we could never get a quote for the entire job!! I highly recommend Empire Today!

I'm not sure what was happening but had problems getting their contractor to install my flooring. It was scheduled for April 2 didnt happen until April22. And took multiple calls to them with complaints.

The company was terrible! No communication. Two appointments scheduled and no one showed up nor called. The installation crew was great, so not their fault. I was financing for one year, no interest. They had no record of that, so I had to pay remainder on the spot.
