Got quotes from other for 150-350~ for clearing the same drain but wouldn’t come out as soon as DE plumbing pros. Seems very overpriced and wouldn’t use again unless I absolutely had to. "Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."

"They installed a french drain and pump and installed water proofing on the walls.  Initially I thought some of the workers were not really the best, so I called and a manager came out and was very honest and acknowledged their faults and came out and fixed all the issues.  I was very impressed with this, he was very responsible.  They ended up doing a fantastic job in the end."

"My house is located in a wet area and I always have water coming into my crawlspace, even if it hasn’t rained in several weeks. The moisture issues are compounded by the presence of iron ochre, which would cause the trench drain and sump pit in my crawlspace to clog and overflow unless I crawled back into it and treated it with bleach/chlorine every week. Javier was more than willing to work with me to route the sump discharge pipes in the area I wanted them. He and his crew worked very hard and put in extra hours to have the job completed on schedule in two days even though they ran into several unexpected issues. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, the professionalism of the crew, and the integrity of company, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Basement Systems to anyone."
