After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. "I got my basement waterproofed in January 2023 paid $16K for it & I had to call them twice already because still getting water in the basement not only that but this machine has been beeping consistently every 2-3 seconds because it needs service I called them to come out to resolve the matter but have to wait a whole month for someone to come out! For me to pay $16K to get horrible service & still go through the water issue is not good at all!!!"

Why won’t they stand behind their project? Are they hiding shoddy, substandard work? As a homeowner, I’m now saddled with the mess of an open permit and no resolution in sight. This is unacceptable. If a company won’t back their work with a simple letter, what does that say about their integrity—or lack thereof? Didn't expect this kind of run around from a well established professional firm, save yourself the headache."
