"If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again"

"As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."
