Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price."

He showed us a video of why we were getting water in our basement and the process of installing a sump pump system. I cannot say this for the other sales people at other companies we interviewed. The day of the install the two men were 3 1/2 hours late due to being given the wrong location of our town. Who knew that there were 3 towns in PA with the same name. Once they arrived they were very respectful, polite and ready to do the job. They sectioned off work area with plastic in order to keep the dirt and dust from the rest of the house. They did their job and cleaned up well. They showed us how it would work when they were done. We feel they did a good job at what was needed. We would hire them again if needed.
