It was a gas power vent water tank, so it's a little expensive. On the price, it was actually kind of in line, I mean I googled it to see the price.

The day after Christmas, the basement sewer pump in my rental stopped working and sewer water was flowing from the reservoir. KB's was able to get to me within 36 hours during the holidays!!! The technician discussed the cause and measure to prevent it from happening in the future.

Excellent. Jessie and Justin to the rescue again! They both came out to my home on Friday night at 10:45 PM to fix a broken pipe. We had no water but they were able to repair and get us up and running for the Holidays! These guys are the BEST!

K B's plumbing was fantastic! Jessie was very responsive during the entire process. I called K B's on Monday, December 19, 2016 and they had the water heater installed by December 20, 2016 before 11:30 AM. Jessie and his team member Justin did a fantastic job. I highly recommend doing business with K B's. Jessie was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done and his quote was spot on! A+++

The time between my call and their arrival was exceptional. The technician was able to diagnosed the issue in a short amount of time and gave us options and his recommendations. We chose to get a new water heater. They were able to install the new water heater within a day. Excellent service and I was happy with the price. I expected it to be more. I will be using K B'S Plumbing for all our future needs.

I contacted them via message on Angie's list and they responded within in a few hours. They were able to fit us in the next day and were very professional and explained in detail the repairs that were done.

I would highly recommend anyone in the area to call these people! This guy was honest, he told me upfront what it would run, no hidden fees what-so-ever. I was extremely pleased with the services and will definitely use them again in the future.

He came after 10 pm because "he didn't want our tenants with a baby to have to wait longer". That kind of service is hard to find!! The pump has been working just fine ever since. I don't have the exact price and date of service but I'd recommend him in a minute.

Very well! K B's had replaced two leaking hose bib valves the previous fall but when I began using them in the spring I noticed that one was again leaking. K B replaced both valves but charged me for parts and labor. I paid the bill reluctantly and included a written note of dissatisfaction indicating that I thought they should take some responsibility since their recommended replacement had failed. To my amazement and to the company's credit, my check was returned in full as they were more interested in keeping my future business than having a dissatisfied customer. I now plan to use them exclusively. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them.

It's was a very difficult thing. We try to do it our self. But we had a pedestal sink. It's almost an impossible thing. We found out that pedestal sinks are notoriously bad at replacing faucets. You need special equipment to do it. It was 10% off from the labor. The price was $141. He was sweet.

Problem been getting progressively worse and more frequent where the water would completely shut off while in use. Showers were becoming a game of chance. All soaped up and the water would completely go away for a few tense seconds. Contractor responded same day as contacted and replaced a clogged component in the system. I was dreading the cost of a water pump replacement but professional and accurate diagnosis of problem was a big relief. Turned out to be much cheaper and faster then anticipated. Very professional and fast service. Highly recommend.
