Gutter replacement.
The repair crew pointed out some rotten wood that would prevent them from performing work to their quality standards. They were very patient as I made arrangements for the wood to be removed, custom cut and restored. Once the wood support was repaired, the crew was very prompt at coming back out to complete the task. They reconfigured the downspouts to prevent potential debris blockage and they even restored the original leaf guards to the new gutters.

The thing about gutter cleaning is that it needs to occur regularly. Ned Stevens offers a quarterly cleaning service, which means I don't have to remember to call them. It's one less thing I have to think about for home maintenance.

I called to have them clean a clogged gutter. They cleaned all the gutters but the one that was clogged and the drainpipe was also stopped up. There was a language problem. The techs were very nice and worked hard. I had a roofer come later and he cleaned the gutter and drainpipe which was completely stopped up. Yesterday, July 29th, the same gutter over flowed.
