FIRST, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LOCATED IN PA., IF YOU LIVE IN HARFORD COUNTY YOU MUST USE THIS BRANCH OF CULLIGAN. SO IF A TECHNICIAN YOU LIKE MOVES TO ANOTHER BRANCH, YOU CANNOT SWITCH BRANCHES. WE HAVE HAD CULLIGAN EQUIPMENT FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND THE SERVICE HAS BEEN UP AND DOWN, AND THE EQUIPMENT WORKS OK. THE BIG PROBLEM WITH CULLIGAN IS THAT YOU MUST USE THEIR TECHNICIANS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN GET THE PARTS TO THE EQUIPMENT. THIS GIVES YOU ZERO FLEXIBILITY; YOU ARE LOCKED IN WITH CULLIGAN. WHEN WE NEED TO REPLACE OUR EQUIPMENT, I WILL NOT PICK CULLIGAN.
