Came home from vacation on Saturday afternoon and had no water because the water main was frozen where it entered the house. Mr. Rooter was the only plumber I could find who could come to my home on a Saturday evening. All the other plumbers I called could not come till Monday at the earliest. The plumber arrived early in the evening, quickly found the problem made the necessary repairs and did not leave until he was certain that he had found all the burst pipes. He was very thorough. He replaced the ball valve, sprayed foam insulation to prevent cold air from entering the crawl space near the water main, thawed the frozen pipes and replaced the pipes that had burst. He was at my house for three or four hours. Part of that time was waiting for the city to turn off the water main to my house. He did not leave till 10 and still had other service called to do. I felt sorry for the guy because he had to crawl around in my dirty, cold, dark crawl space. But he never complained. He had a good attitude. Considering that this was an emergency repair after hours on a Saturday night I felt their price was reasonable.

We put in an online service request on a Sunday afternoon -- someone contacted us by telephone within 30 minutes. The very next day, Monday, the plumber came to assess the situation. In less than an hour, we knew what was wrong, what had to be done, and how much it was going to cost. Tuesday morning at 8 a.m., three plumbers were at our house and worked all day until the job was done. We went from not being able to use any of the sinks in our house or the shower to having such good drainage there was vortex. It was worth every penny.
