"The water heater actually did not break down. Unfortunately an electric hot water heater has a slow recovery rate and we strictly advise NOT taking a shower, running the dishwasher and doing a load of wash either at the same time or close together. A 50 gallon tank simply cannot handle that load. We're sorry you had a problem and please don't hesitate to call us directly for further clarification. Thank you again."

We had a "morning" appointment but did not receive a phone call until 12:50 in the afternoon. The message explained that the first appointment ran longer than expected. I waited around at home until 12:00 but could not stay any longer than that.
We had a great experience with Service Mark when our AC unit was serviced so this is very disappointing. I cannot trust them again.
