Knowledgeable and able to diagnose and convey the problem and repair plan in layman's terms. Was not trying to "sell us" on doing a full gut and replace as was recommended by prior provider providing their quote. Was honest, informative, professional and personable to two homeowners that are "out of their league" when dealing with bathroom issues involving flooring, especially when other competing providers are saying we need to do a full "shower replacement" and quoting 5 figures. Was also flexible in writing up multiple quotes that we could provide to insurance company for streamlined coverage.

It went well. He did an excellent job and came when he said he would. The tile is the original ceramic tile of a 50 year old home. He did such a great job that it looks new!

The owner of TEGM, Tom Gibbons, is a superbly talented young man who has an amazing sense of integrity. Tom oversees every aspect of each project with an eye to detail. We first hired TEGM 6 years ago to tile the floors in a large foyer, laundry room and powder room. Tom and his crew worked tirelessly to get the job done in a timely manner as we needed it completed rather quickly. The craftsmanship was exceptional! Recently we decided to retile our kitchen and family room floors and of course called Tom. Once again he gave us the best price and did an outstanding job. Included in this was a very time consuming backsplash which required some very complicated tile cuts. The work was flawless! Following this project, we hired Tom to do a complete renovation of our master bath. His crew did a complete demolition. Tom reconfigured, enlarged and tiled the shower, completely redid the entire room and made this into a space we can be proud of. We still can't believe what a fantastic job he did! There was a lot of time involved in these projects, however, we never felt like we were in a construction zone. Everyday tools were put away and the areas were cleaned up. Tom and his "assistant" Elise were so nice we felt that we had friends and not "workers" in our house. During one period we had to go out of town and had no qualms about giving Tom a house key. Tom is a true craftsman and always the professional who is willing to take the time to listen to and discuss your questions and concerns while helping keep an eye on your budget. He is prompt, polite and respectful and goes the extra mile. He is obviously a perfectionist which is reflected in his work. We would not hesitate to hire Tom again. We cannot thank Tom enough for all he has done for us. We also need to thank Elise for a job well done!

New to the area I was searching for someone to remodel my master bathroom, I asked a neighbor of mine if they could recommend anyone, they said the company was Tegm LLC,, a guy named Tom who retiled their master shower. They took me into their home to show me the shower, it was so beautiful  and he did such a nice job so I asked for his number. Once I met Tom I new he was going to be the guy, he was so nice and helped with the design the layout and even helped me select all my materials. He kept my home very neat and clean, he is very professional with a personal touch, and stayed within my budget. I was very grateful to have come across his number... My bathroom is like a relaxing retreat for me now, the tile work is amazing.. this was such an easy renovation with him....Thank you Tom..........

The provider was extremely kind and courteous. He took the time to explain what he had to offer, was very detailed and answered any questions we had in great length. From beginning to end, the provider was always prompt, very professional, and took great pride in all aspects of his work. He was very neat, not only in appearance, but in his work. He left nothing untidy, undone, or for someone else to have to come in and clean up behind him. The provider strives to meet and exceed customer needs as the quality of his finished work truly reflects this. We went from a kitchen and bath that really needed some updating, to having two beautiful rooms that we can enjoy and be proud of for many years, thanks to this provider. Everything went great. They sent all correspondence to insurance adjuster and even went out of their way to come to the meeting we had with the adjuster.
