At first, the Delmarva Water technician, John, thought he would replaced a disc that costs about $45. But upon further investigation, he identified that the switch arm was the wrong size and was causing the problem. He tried replacing the switch with proper size and the water started draining immediately. He showed me exactly what was wrong.
John was thoughtful, communicated very well and was in and out within an hour.
