"We appreciate your feedback and appreciate the kind words about our technician. I am sorry that the technician was not able to predict the future failure. He did mention that he recommended replacing either the heat exchanger, which he provided a quote for, or the furnace itself and had you sign the work order acknowledging that you received this information. We also performed a follow up call and asked if you understood all of the information given to which you said yes, and also to make sure you didn't have any questions or concerns, which you did not at that time. We finished the call by letting you know that if something came up to "please call us, we are here for you". It's unfortunate that we were not given an opportunity to further assist you. I am glad to see that in the end you were able to get your problem resolved and that you once again have a safe and effective unit in your home to keep your family warm. Please know that we are still here to help if we can."
