"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived a little early (after call me to inform me they were ahead of schedule). They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. Also found that my new heat pump air handler was missing a filter. Again, very courteous, very professional. I would recommend very highly, and will definitely use them again."

"Very well. I had an appointment for approximately 8 AM. They were a bit late, but had called to let me know, and it wasn't a problem for me. They spent well over an hour on the job. They took a ton of lint out of the vent pipes and the dryer itself. I'm pretty sure that whoever it was I had in last time did not open up the dryer to clean it. They also installed a "bird cage" around the vent opening on the side of the house to prevent critters from getting in. (I don't think I have had problems with birds getting in, but why take the chance?) They were very thorough. The job cost more than the initial estimate, but this was because my vent pipe was longer than I had realized. It was reasonable."

I was confident after speaking to Joe that the work would be done exactly as I had requested. His son, Anthony, was the actual serviceman and he was courteous and my questions were answered and together we agreed on the best plan to cover everything that needed to be done in the most efficient and least disruptive manner. He worked tirelessly to complete all the extra services I hadn’t thought of initially which involved cleaning the bathroom vents, replacing the bird guard on the outside of the dryer vent and also cleaning the refrigerator coils which it turns out were in pretty bad shape! He showed me pictures of before and after and the difference was remarkable. Although he needed to work longer to accommodate all my requests, he was kind and patient and did not make me feel guilty for adding extra work, although I felt bad that he had a very long work day! "I called Ambient in the morning to have them come over and look at my 3 year old Fridigaire Furnace that was making a loud clunking sound. They sent someone over the same day to look at the furnace. The tech concluded that the blower motor was bad and he called around and was able to find one. Not only did he install it, he also checked to see if the part was still under warranty, which it was!! We only had to pay for installation. The part along would have been over $800. I was extremely happy with him taking the time to check on the warranty for me and get the job done so quickly.
