Local and family owned since 1989. With over 45 years combined experience, our uniformed technician/s will arrive in one of our lettered service vehicles to serve your needs. Actual Employees, not subcontractors, carry out the work and you will have peace of mind knowing that our emphasis is to perform a quality and thorough job! We serve the Greater Springfield Area and will travel, upon request (Please call us with your location for pricing). Clothes dryer vent cleaning is as low as $44.99. Duct cleaning starts at $389.99 for a small system with up to five vents. We also clean electric and hot water baseboard heating systems. Phone estimates are free. We offer a 10% discount for senior citizens, people with a disability, firefighters, police officers, clergy & those currently serving in the U.S. Military and to U.S. Veterans. We actively contribute to various charities and are very proud to have cleaned the ducts for a home built in 2009 in our area in association with Kent Pecoy Construction and ABC's "Extreme Makeover, Home Edition" TV Show. More recently, we provided relief for our neighbors who survived a tornado which struck Western Massachusetts on the afternoon of June 1, 2011. Immediately following, my employees and I delivered pizzas and water to survivors who had no electricity and also assisted a local church effort in distributing supplies and food that they had collected from so many caring members of their congregation and which were also donated by our local community. He provided me with a very detailed estimate and explained exactly what would be involved in the duct cleaning process. On the day of service, Anthony arrived. He was very thoughtful about changing his shoes when coming from the outside into my home. He explained everything he would be doing and how long it would take. He showed pictures of what the ducts looked like before and after they were cleaned. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Excellent! Joe and his staff were friendly, helpful and timely. They maintained COVID protocols for me/my family’s safety and went above and beyond to repair some unexpected issues. I also found cost to be very reasonable. 10/10...Plan to use them in the summer for my HVAC duct cleaning!

Dustbusters did an exceptional job. We had all vents and ducts cleaned, including dryer and bathroom vents. The techniques used were latest technology; the technicians were skilled and helpful. Process was completed in an efficient and super clean manner. Before and after photos from inside ducts demonstrated the "like new" result. If you have any concerns about your forced air system, give them a call. The air quality of your home will improve. We noticed a difference in both dust and breathing within one day. This service is first class in all respects. We will have them back in the future. We got a 10% veterans discount.

He spent 7 hours doing an amazing job. He said it usually only takes 4-5 but my ducts were dirty being an older house I just bought. I could not have been more thrilled with his work, he did not even stop to take lunch so I made sure he had some water to drink. I tipped him extra he was so thorough. I will always call them for my duct cleaning needs and will recommend them to all friends. Incredibly fair price.

Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. The owner returned my call promptly and after discussing the services needed he emailed me a detailed estimate and answered all my questions. I was confident after speaking to Joe that the work would be done exactly as I had requested. His son, Anthony, was the actual serviceman and he was courteous and my questions were answered and together we agreed on the best plan to cover everything that needed to be done in the most efficient and least disruptive manner. He worked tirelessly to complete all the extra services I hadn’t thought of initially which involved cleaning the bathroom vents, replacing the bird guard on the outside of the dryer vent and also cleaning the refrigerator coils which it turns out were in pretty bad shape! He showed me pictures of before and after and the difference was remarkable. Although he needed to work longer to accommodate all my requests, he was kind and patient and did not make me feel guilty for adding extra work, although I felt bad that he had a very long work day! If you are looking for courteous, reliable,and professional service this is the company to choose!

Everything went real well. Great job cleaning ducts and condenser that didn't look like they were cleaned in 13 years. Jeremy showed us the before and after pictures which is a great plus for this service. He also went the extra mile to be sure we were happy. This is actually the second time we used Dust Busters at two difference residences. And the owner, Joe, is great to talk to on the phone. Will use again and recommend for sure.

They were professional, thorough, courteous, informative and reasonably priced. They did NOT rush, but were methodical about how they went about the process. They explained what and how they would do the job, and snapped photos of the ducts before and after they cleaned each one. This feature was great since my husband didn’t believe we really needed to do this. And seeing the difference made him a believer. They wore their special house shoes in order to not track outside dirt into the home. And...my house smelled better once they were all done. I would only use them in the future!

After purchasing a home from a family with pets, i knew the ducts should be cleaned. One company blew me off after seeing how dirty the vents were after quoting nearly $1000 for their service and replacing my "coils". DustBusters came in a timely manner with their latest technique to clean. Vacuumes with brushes, most other companies use, leave a lot behind and is more work. DustBusters use a air hose system with a massive vacuum tied into the main ducts to keep it brief. Not only did a great job, but for half the cost of the other guys. The tech who came said my "coils" did not need replacing the other company tried selling me (big money). The owner's son came and was very professional and modest. Use DustBusters, worth every penny.

This company was excellent all around. They clearly take pride in their work and went above and beyond what was strictly necessary. We have lived in this house for 40+ years and have never thought to have the ducts cleaned. Our new neighbors hired this company and we decided to have the work done on our home also. It's something you rarely think about. In our experience, the response to my call and the work were above average. The work was done efficiently and the professionalism was outstanding. If you need the ducts CLEANED the proper way and have it done by a qualified and attention to detail then this is the only company I would trust! For the past 35 years I have tried most of the companies in the area and have had poor to fair results. This is the only company that really does clean every inch of duct work to the point that it looks brand new. I am very sensitive to dust, mildew and mold in the house and have spent a lot of money on the HVAC system with high micron filters, UV lights and carbon recirculation filter systems. Not wanting to waist all that on poor duct cleaning seem the only way to help the air I breathe. This company is the only one that actually did a complete job.

Dustbusters was terrific. Anthony called me and we met at the appointed time -- he was very prompt. He explained what he was going to do before he did it, and then proceeded to clean the venting thoroughly and efficiently. While he was doing so, he identified another potential problem with the vent that he will fix shortly. This is a great family business -- highly recommended!
