Horrible experience. Avoid hiring Chris Watson, Polar Refrigeration, or whatever iteration Chris Watson is going by these days. He took the money and ran. He is unresponsive to calls and turned out to be a total fraud. Don't make the same mistake. I was forced to hire a lawyer.

I paid this guy over 10k. He installed a new furnace for me 2 months ago. It is not working since February. He never answered my phone calls. He ignores my messages. It?s been over two weeks. He is a fraud.

DO NOT HIRE. If you give him a large amount he will take it and run. I?m out almost $7k because of him and unable to fix my heating system now that?s blowing co2. Look into his past companies TNC mechanical and innovative mechanical-both based in MA to look into how many times hes actually done this to people.

I was told from another company my boiler needed a control board, and it would take a couple days to come in. I called Polar and it was repaired in a couple hours with new parts and for less money. Definitely going to be my first call next time
