I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. "Called Stephen MIchael for an estimate.  He came out the next nite, gave me the estimate and I hired him.  He
came the next nite in the rain exactly at the time advised.  Loaded a hugh truckload of old wood, fencing, etc on the
truck..got it all.   Then he even swept up the driveway in the rain.  Very professional and I was extremely happy.
