"Have gotten to know Tyler AC over the past few years when our previous HVAC guy retired. Techs Chris & Jeff have been knowledgeable and responsible keeping our aging system running. Jen & Cinda in the office have always been super helpful. Jeff spent time here last summer milking along our AC system in very HOT weather. We spent time a few months back with a technician deciding what our needs were when repairs to our heating system were mounting. The office helped us figure out the best way to move forward, hooked us up with a home energy audit in order to qualify for rebates, etc. We chose our new system, they ordered it and the installation date was set. They said it would take 2-3 days to compete the install. As of today, it is done. 2 1/2 days. Hot, humid, heat wave days and the 2 guys worked hard. We are presently enjoying our nice cool home while watching Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Rings."

"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I received quotes from at least 5 vendors for a new AC and mini split install. Everything from quote to instal went perfectly. Starting with the quote - Shane came in and from start to finish provided exceptional service. He answered all of my questions and was patient when I took my time making a decision. I want to emphasize that I waited 3-4 months and even after all that time he took time to get on a call, answered every email and even if I asked the same question over and over was still happy to give me the information I needed to make a decision. The install could not have been better. Brandon, Levi and Matt we on time every day, clean and all were happy to walk me through the process. They were respectful of my home, keeping it clean, making sure everything was done properly and you could see the pride they take in their work. Aside from their craft, they all also had exceptional customer service. I continued to ask questions which they were happy to answer. I made suggestions which they considered and help me understand the pro's and cons of each decision. Then instead of leaving on a Friday afternoon they wanted to make sure I completely understood the new system taking the time to show me everything and did research when I had additional question. Above else, it was clear they wanted things done right. I mentioned pride in their work - well they have it. I also worked with Shana on the paperwork who like everyone else was helpful and took the time to make me feel as though my business was appreciated. "I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."
